Refund policy

If something you bought doesn’t suit, we can accept returns . We have a 14 day return policy. Send us an email at nos.nua.info@gmail.com and we will set one up for you. As we are a small business, we do not currently facilitate exchanges or cover returns costs.

All items must be returned in the condition they were received and in their original packaging. Lace Twists cannot be accepted in damaged packaging.
